Cam Share Store is a simple, privacy-focused file sharing service. We believe in minimal data collection and maximum user privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we handle your files.

No Registration Required

Our service does not require user registration or accounts. You can upload files without providing any personal information such as name, email address, or phone number.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do NOT collect:

• Personal information (name, email, phone number)
• User accounts or profiles
• Tracking cookies
• Browsing history
• Analytics or behavioral data
• IP addresses (beyond rate limiting)

Information We Handle

When you use our service:

• Files You Upload: Files you choose to upload are stored securely. You control what files you share.
• Access Keys: We generate secure access keys (edit and view keys) for each album. These keys are hashed using SHA-256 and cannot be recovered if lost. Only you know your keys.
• Album Metadata: Basic information like album name, creation date, and file count is stored securely.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information solely to:

• Provide the file sharing service
• Verify access keys when you view or edit albums
• Automatically delete old albums after 30 days
• Prevent abuse through rate limiting (temporary IP tracking)

Data Storage and Security

• Files: Stored securely with private access by default
• Access Keys: Hashed using SHA-256 and stored securely in database
• Infrastructure: Hosted on Cloudflare's global edge network
• No Backups: We do not create backups of your files. Once deleted, they are gone permanently
• Automatic Deletion: Albums and files are automatically deleted after 30 days

Your Control

You have full control over your data:

• You can delete your albums at any time using your edit key
• You can delete individual files from your albums
• You decide who to share your view and edit keys with
• Files are automatically deleted after 30 days

Cookies

We do not use cookies. Period.

Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Data Retention

All albums and files are automatically deleted 30 days after creation. You can delete them earlier at any time using your edit key.

Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA)

Since we don't collect personal information, there's no personal data to access, correct, or delete. However, you can:

• Delete your albums and files at any time using your edit key
• Request information about our data practices by contacting us

We use Cloudflare services for hosting, storage, and content delivery.
